  4. Worked for One Year Review by Lee
    Give Stars

Great device only issue is it only lasted one year. It connects at start of workout then fails to read heart rate even though it's connected. I guess that's all it guaranteed for so I'm trying another brand. (Posted on 6/3/14)

  5. Expensive but good Review by AussieTracker
    Give Stars

The HRM was expensive, over $100AUD due to the exchange rate at the time I bought it but it is of very high quality and adds a lot of value to my work outs. I never use the ST app without it now.

I use it mostly for running/biking with my dogs and it has enabled me to work out a route that is a good work out for me but not too hard for the dogs. (Posted on 2/23/14)

  6. Not able to connect to other apps Review by Nick
    Give Stars

Item works great on sport tracker but unable to use with other monitoring apps. Only reason I would like to use other apps is the lack of sport tracker apps working with other health apps for syncing (Posted on 2/21/14)

  8. Very disappointed in HR not recording and the Tracker losing data. Review by Patti
    Give Stars

I was so happy when my family showed me the Sports Tracker I immediately downloaded it for my phone and ordered the HR Monitor Belt for my sister and myself. Both of us have heart rate issues. My belt worked one time. It never worked again. It also caused all my data accumulated on the Tracker to disappear. It has caused the Tracker to stop working and it now works erratically if at all. I have uninstalled and reinstallyed several times. Great idea, poor execution.

  9. The HR monitor has not been accurate on several occasions. some days I have just lost all the data. Plus the belt is like it has been used for a year, and I have had it just a month. Review by Zena
    Give Stars

I have had the HR Monitor for about 1 month. There were several times I was counting on its accuracy during workouts and it was way off. then other days, my workouts just totally disappeared from the phone app. I workout everyday and was hoping that this was a keeper.

  10. Good Product / Terrible HelpDesk Review by GrannyMay
    Give Stars

This is a great product but I'm absolutely disgusted with the 'help'. The only place to get assistance seems to be a forum where SportsTracker goes to great lengths to say they have nothing to do with it. Well you SHOULD!!! My husband and I have both had trouble where the 'red line' goes totally crazy and reports twice the distance we've actually run but did anyone answer my query on the help forum? Absolutely not. How can I rate 5 stars for a product where we're left to figure out (hopefully!) our own solutions? Shame on you for zero customer service, which completely wipes out my good opinion of the product - that's when the red line doesn't go crazy. We have figured out how to fix it, but no thanks to you.

  11. Reasonably great Review by Dontwanna
    Give Stars

I think the information it supplies is fantastic and the way it works is good. i must live in a little dip or something because if i start it at home it goes crazy and doubles everything and the map looks like a demented lost chicken but if i start it 100 meters away its just great. My only complaint is the help desks was not at all helpful at finding a solution to that problem Other than that well done.. (Posted on 2/19/14)

  12. A great extension to a worthy app! Review by axemangraphics
    Give Stars

I have been using Sports-Tracker since it was in Beta stage and belonged to Nokia. I have watched it grow and progress into the awesome, powerful little app it is today. Up until now, I have been content with the app, tracking my workouts, and reporting back at the end.
Once I added a HRM into the equation, it was as if everything had come together!

The HRM is a logical extension to an already powerful and worthwhile app! I can now use my Heart Rate to dictate my ideal workout by setting a heart range, and audible alarms. (This means it beeps when I slack off, or when I push too hard.

This offers the ideal workout rate, allowing my heart to beat more efficiently and burn fat faster.

The chest strap did get a little shrivelled, however I discovered that by soaking it in water and hanging it up, it reforms to close to its original form.

Comfortable to wear, I have worn this for 1 hour runs, 2 hour fun runs, and even 6+ hour cycling treks, and almost forgot it was on.

I am looking forward to see how Sports-Tracker can possibly progress in the coming years! (Posted on 2/19/14)

  13. return Review by David

I had to return it as I could not get it to sync with my IPhone. Tried all the suggestions and on line help, but it would not work. Disappointing as it looks like a good add on to the app (Posted on 2/18/14)

  14. Poor Quality Review by Matt
    Give Stars

Tracker did not last long. It was difficult to sync and, at times, I would finish my workout to find out there were gaps in the tracking data. After a week and a half the elastic belt was almost unusable because it was so shriveled. After 3 weeks, it was no longer worth the effort. I have used much less expensive products that were more durable and dependable. (Posted on 2/18/14)

    Give Stars

Always works... all the time. I use almost every day for the past few months. Could not be better.
When the bluetooth doesn't connect to the phone, just do as the app instructs and it will connect the next time you try. This gave me fits... until I read the instructions... doh!
    Highly recommend. (Posted on 2/17/14)

I find the product is not always accurate. When it is working properly I love it. However, it is not always working properly. Also, you changed my favorite part of the app. I like to be able to look at heart rate intensity and zone chart while working out and this is now only visible on the web site. (Posted on 2/17/14)

  19. Great Heart Rate Sensor Review by pazibrate
    Give Stars

I am very satisfied with the product, although I have to admit that was happening, but very rarely to store the second one huge pulse, but that's it for a second. I would give another suggestion programmers to create sound signals for entry and exit from certain zones. (Posted on 2/17/14)
